How do I renew my hosting account?
To renew your hosting account, send us an email.
We will calculate the charges due and invoice you, or you can self service pay here.
Once your recurring billing is set up, we will send you an invoice for the pro rata difference and any penalties you owe us. Once these are paid, we will restore your account.
Please read our terms and conditions particularly if you are a client that we have terminated or suspended either by you having given notice or us having given you notice. The conditions under which we will agree to re-supply you services are clearly set out here.
Can you restore a deleted account?
No, we can only restore suspended accounts, we can’t restore a deleted account. Your account changes from suspended to deleted after 72 hours, so please make sure you act promptly if you want us to restore your files.
You must also provide a credit card for future billing if you have defaulted with us before otherwise we are unable to restore your account.
